Flexi-training outline

DocsPlus Menu
  • Valued at £750 (equivalent of three hours of training if purchased individually) 
  • The unlimited training offer is subject to our fair use policy (see below) 
  • Only online training is included in the unlimited offer – in-person can be arranged at an additional cost 
  • The DocsPlus online training course is included in this training package 
  • Crick Software will keep recordings of training sessions for 12 months 
  • At customer request, we can pre-record training to be accessed at school staff’s convenience

Fair use policy

  • Schools can schedule up to 12 individual training sessions per calendar year
  • Our trainers plan the sessions to maximise the time available - if attendees are more than five minutes late to join the session, it will be at the individual trainer’s discretion whether the session goes ahead
  • If a school fails to attend two separate training sessions without giving notice, any further sessions will be charged individually for the following six months
