In addition to all the training resources available in our LearningHub and on-demand course (please see below), our Flexi subscription customers are entitled to unlimited* online training sessions with our DocsPlus experts throughout their subscription.  

Each session is tailored to your requirements, staff can ask questions throughout, and a recording of the session will be shared with you afterwards for ongoing CPD or staff inductions.

For each module completed, you will receive a certificate to celebrate your proficiency with DocsPlus.

Through our LearningHub, all subscribers have access to: 

• Introductory pre-recorded webinars for an overview of what DocsPlus offers. 

• DocsPlus for students videos – these 90-second videos focus in on specific DocsPlus features and how they work, helping students use the tools available independently. 

• Tutorials – these longer videos go into detail on how to edit or create your own resources in DocsPlus. Each video has a printable summary to accompany it. 

• Training guides – DocsPlus for Windows / Mac and DocsPlus for iPad / Chromebook guides support you through every stage of using DocsPlus at your own pace. 

• Regular live training webinars on a range of topics to support your use of DocsPlus.
