You can book an unlimited number of free customer care meetings throughout your subscription – our friendly Customer Experience team is always on hand to help!

These 10–15-minute meetings are a great way to make sure you are getting the most out of your subscription. We can discuss whatever you and your staff would find most useful, such as:

• Implementation – advice on embedding our software in your school
• ‘How Do I?’ – hints, tips, and resource recommendations
• Check-ins throughout your subscription
