How do I enable pop-ups on my Chromebook?

When you open one of our Clicker Apps, a window appears asking you to enable pop-ups. 

Resolution

Pop-ups have been blocked in your browser. To enable them, click the “Pop-up blocked” icon on the right of the address bar and select “Always allow”. 

For IT Professionals: 

To apply this to all users: 

1. Sign into Google Admin Console (admin.google.com) as an administrator and go to Devices > Chrome > Settings > Users and browsers 

2. Select the correct organizational unit containing the relevant users 

3. Type “pop-ups” in the Search or add a filter field 

4. Under Content > Pop-ups, in the Allow pop-ups on these sites, enter:

   https://clickerbooks.apps.cricksoft.com 
   https://clickertalk.apps.cricksoft.com 

5. Click Save in the upper-right corner
