Why is the Predictor greyed out?

When you launch DocsPlus, the Predictor icon is dimmed out and can't be used.

Resolution

This is usually the result of a corrupted Predictor database.

To repair the database:

WINDOWS

1. In DocsPlus go to Options > Manage > Advanced and click "Rebuild Predictor database".
2. After approximately 1 minute the Predictor icon will be available for use.

If you cannot see the the ‘Rebuild Predictor Database’ option then please update to the latest version.

MAC

1. In DocsPlus go to Options > Manage > Advanced and click "Rebuild Predictor database".
