How can I deploy an Exam Mode password via a network?

(DocsPlus v2.0.5.169 and later)

To deploy an Exam Mode password across multiple devices using Group Policy:

1. Download and edit the registry key file
   Open the file in Notepad and set your chosen password by replacing the text between the quotation marks after the equals sign. Save the file when done.
2. Deploy the registry key through Group Policy
   The key already contains the correct path information, so simply add it to your GPO for installation on all target machines.

Once applied, the “Set up password…” button in Exam Mode will be greyed out. Staff will need to enter the password to turn Exam Mode on or off.

To change the password later, edit the same registry key file and push out the updated version via Group Policy.
