The Wymering School is a special needs school for pupils with autism, ADHD, and associated speech and communication difficulties.  

Staff needed a way to support pupils with high needs, who were often reluctant learners and found writing to be particularly stressful.  

Emma Watson, Lead for Digital Learning at The Wymering School, shares how Clicker: 

• Gave pupils the tools to access reading and writing activities  

• Helped pupils feel engaged in learning and positive about their work 

• Increased independence in literacy tasks across the curriculum 

• Helped learners prepare to use the secondary school equivalent, DocsPlus, in their KS4 exams
