Clicker: Inclusive literacy - Support without lowering expectations

Explore how we can remove barriers to literacy without reducing the level of challenge for our learners. This session will look at practical ways Clicker can provide the right level of scaffolding through tools such as word and sentence support, prediction, speech feedback and visual supports, helping learners access the same learning while developing confidence and independence.
The session will finish with 15 minutes for questions, so please bring along any questions about Clicker, particular learners you are supporting, or barriers you are currently experiencing in your setting.

Sophie is our Education Consultant based in Scotland. Prior to joining Crick Software, she was a Primary teacher who worked with several local authorities throughout Scotland in mainstream classes as well as learning support.
