Anytime, Anywhere
Students work on WriteOnline documents both at home and at school, just by logging in online. At school, you may prefer to install WriteOnline using the CD provided (both standalone and network installers are included), so that you are not dependent on an Internet connection.
 Save documents online or offline
With both the online and installed versions, you have the option of saving files either locally or to the personal online folders that you are provided with as part of your WriteOnline subscription. Saving to your online folders means you can access your files from anywhere, so you can work on the same document at home and at school.

By having both installed and online versions, you get the advantages of both ways of working. WriteOnline is delivered to you in a box that includes a CD and printed manual so that you can use it just like any installed program - yet you get all the additional benefits of being able to log in at home too!
